Digitizing and Embroidery Services

Digitizing is the process of taking a picture image and altering so it can be stitched out on an embroidery machine.

Embroidery adds pizzazz to clothing and accessories.  Personalization of uniforms, jackets, towels and other items is also a basis of free advertising for your business.

Embroidery Digitizing Pricing

Our digitizing fee starts at $25.00 and the maximum charge will depend on the quality of the original artwork submitted.  More detailed designs take more time to edit.  The higher the quality of the original image the less time it will take to digitize the embroidery design.

Preferred dpi is 300 but will work with images as low as 75 dpi.  We do have the ability to scan a picture into the software to create a high resolution image.

It is against our policy to digitize images which are copyrighted or trademarked.  A signed release is required with the digitizing order from the copyright or trademark owner or their legal representative, marketing firm or advertising agency prior to order confirmation.

A minimum charge of $35.00 for embroidery services

Rush orders (less than 5 day turnaround) will be subject to a 50% surcharge of final invoice amount.

Production time is generally 5 - 7 days after receipt of goods, artwork approval and payment.

Release of Liability for Supplied Garments and/or Accessories

We cannot guarantee embroidery quality on items not purchased at Miss Kate’s Creations and will not replace any merchandise furnished by the customer. Customer assumes all risk. All prices are subject to additional charges until completed depending on time on machine. Final cost can be determined upon completion. Due to the personalized nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
